Hey niamh 😊 Thank you so much for yesterday, I didn't get to catch you before you went I was putting stuff in the car. The cacao ceremony was just lovely, I loved how much you got into it with us all. Would you believe I'm late on my periods a few weeks, ive Pcos and they think endometriosis too but I don't get a period regularly, since March it's been 5-7 weeks though but been late this one and I woke up with each cramps and spotting so I think it's the start of one 🤞 😊 I think it's related to yesterday though 💕💕 it was so so so lovely meeting you xx

Hey ya know how I was just saying the other day how I dont get my periods and last July I had to get one kind if induced. (Forgot I had a light on in Jan) but eh.... yeah I have my period now out if the blue started yesterday evening and its taking no prisoners like full on no mercy 😂😂😂😂😄😄😄

Everything! I view the world through different lenses now & for the better. I have died and re-birthed. I learned about the wisdom of the womb, I got to experience cacao and how magical she is, I done inner child healing, voice expression (which was a big one for me) and I'd never felt held by someone in my whole life before than I did with Jen.. I learned about the menstrual cycle like never before, the importance of embracing our sensuality & sexuality, embracing the light & dark feminine for what it truly is. I learned about womb expression, that our womb space has a voice, how to cut energetic ties, how to get the most out of our meditations, mirror work, movement, expression and so much more. So much education and tools I have taken on board now that I can carry throughout my life. I am so grateful for the work Jen & Niamh do.. not just for how it impacted me but for the many more lives of women they will continue to make an impact

Before I met Niamh and did Womb Sounds, I had absolutely no connection to my womb space or my body. But doing womb sounds gave me so much life changing knowledge. Learning about and connecting to my cycle has allowed me to connect more deeply with myself in ways I never dreamed were possible. I no longer dread my period, I welcome it with open arms, and have learned so much from Niamh about how to manage pain and see it as a part of the experience. Listening to my body and connecting to my womb space has been magical. Niamh guides and facilitates space unlike any other- she is empowering and always comes from a place of deep love and reverence for her clients. The lessons I have learned and the initiations that I received from Womb Sounds are things I will refer to for life. The support received from Niamh during womb sounds and while integrating after is absolutely unmatched.
